Adapting the latest techniques and technologies used by elite athletes from around the world, Jump's programmes are specifically designed to help young athletes (8 - 18 years old) with their mental and physical conditioning. Our weekly training programme allow teens to monitor their progress through activities that are scientifically measured and tracked. Beginning with the "Jump Start" programme, members will understand and execute on important concepts such as focus, mental strength, agility, speed, power, nutrition and recovery.

Graduates of the "Jump Start" programme will migrate to the "Jump Core" programme where they will establish higher performance goals for themselves as they increase the intensity of their training to three times a week. In the "Jump Core" programme, our young athletes will be able to design and modify their training programmes to achieve their performance targets.

Our Jump programmes are suitable for athletes of all sports who want to improve their game and also for teens who want to build an active conditioning programme for themselves.
