Designed to help teens and children gain speed, power and endurance. Great for all! All Jump workshops are conducted in our High Performance Centre at #01-41/42 United Square
                               

Jump Speed – Fun, enriching activities to help you build speed and stability

Jump Power – Learn to activate muscles to help build power and quick reflexes

Jump Endurance – Build stamina, mental strength and endurance

Fencing Experience Workshops

Great for teens and children (6-12yrs) who have always wanted to try out the exciting sport of fencing. A fun sport that helps build focus, discipline and determination.

For Teens 13-20yrs Tuesday, November 25 (1:00 – 3:00pm) at United Square, or Friday, December 5 (1:00 – 3:00pm) at Parkway Parade

Gearing Up For Fencing Competitions

For our young fencers who have at least 6 months of training, this event is specially for you! Designed to give you lots of free-fencing time and training bouts, this workshop will help prepare you for the competitions ahead. Great fun and learning!

All workshops are conducted at Z Fencing, United Square
                               

For Zketeers 6-8yrs Friday, November 21 (10:30 – 1:00pm) or Monday, December 1 (1:00 – 3:30pm)

For Zketeers 9-12yrs Monday, November 24 (1:30 – 4:00pm) or Thursday, December 11 (1:30 – 4:00pm)

Calling all Zyouth and Zketeers! Exciting team and individual fencing competitions are organized specially for you this year end. Come fence with the best in the club and enjoy the camaraderie of Z Fencers from all three centres.

All competitions are held at Z Fencing, United Square
