Our popular holiday programmes are back! Starting from May 29 2009, we have fun-filled learning activities to help you stay active and strong. Our high performance sessions include:

Jump Workshop

Learn to build speed, power and endurance through our high performance programmes.

Suitable for:

  • Teens (13-20yrs) and Children (6-12yrs)
  • All teens and children who want to stay fit and strong
  • This programme will help participants gain critical skills for all sports and life

Fencing Experience Workshops for Individuals and Families

Through our one-session programme, participants will get to experience the thrill and excitement of the sport of fencing – a fun sport to help build focus, discipline and determination. Conducted by our internationally-certified coaches in an inspiring environment, our sessions are guaranteed fun!

Suitable for:

  • Children (6 yrs old onwards) and Parents who have always wanted to try out fencing
  • This programme will give participants a quick overview of this Olympic sport

Fencing Competitions

Our competitions are designed to give our fencers the opportunity to put their training into practice. More importantly, through these competitions, our fencers will get to pit their fencing skills against the best in our club from all three centres.

Suitable for:

  • All Z Fencers (Zyouth and Zketeers 6 – 12yrs) who have been graded
  • Fencers who want to gain more competition experience and enjoy the camaraderie of these large club events
  • Our competitions help our fencers stay focused and to learn to perform at their peak even under stressful situations

Z Fencers Win Big In Inter-Schools Competition


In March, our Z Fencers showed outstanding grit and determination to beat Singapore's top fencers in the Singapore Inter-Schools Competition. Coached by our team of award-winning coaches, our Z Fencers came up tops in several categories. Congratulations, fencers!

Singapore National Cadet & Junior Trials
